Now, in order to achieve this goal in 15 minutes, the call will be structured so I can make the best use of our time.

First, I’m going to ask you some simple questions about your home and your renovation or new build. Don’t worry, it’ll be nothing obtrusive or complex.

And then second, based on your answers, I’m going to tell you exactly what you need to do immediately to get started on your material selections. 

In fact...It’ll all be spelled out for you step-by-step. And the best news? 

There’s nothing to sell on this call. I don’t have anything to sell you on this call so, it’s 100% free and 100% free of any sales pitch.

And that’s a good question! Especially considering I typically charge $250/hr for my consulting.

Now before you think I’m trying to sell you something, I’m not. There is no sales pitch. But what often happens after the 15 minute conversation is I get a lot of people asking how they can work with me. Whether it’s 1 day later, 1 week, or even 1 year later, they reach out and ask for my help in some way. So for me, I’m OK with giving away these calls for free for a limited time because I know it comes back around in the end. But again, I want to remind you, there is absolutely nothing to sell on these calls.

With that being said… 

This free offer is not for everyone. So let me explain who it’s a good fit for and not a good fit for:

I can only help a very specific type of homeowner on these calls. Therefore, you need to meet this fairly stringent criteria. 

First, you need to be a home owner. That means if you’re renting and aren’t able to do any renovations, then you’re not going to get anything out of this call. 

Second, you need to already be committed to your project. I find that if people are talking about a ‘maybe, some day’ home renovation or new build, then the call isn’t going to be very helpful for them.

And finally… 

Choosing the materials for your reno or new build is a “now” problem for you. Meaning, you need help or guidance because your project is in the planning, design or even in the construction stage. Not in 1 month. Not even in 2 weeks. You need to make some design decisions NOW to get your project started, or to keep it on track so you can meet your deadlines. Otherwise there’s no point in us speaking just yet.
